How long have you been planning destination weddings?
I have been planning weddings off and on for the past 10 years. It is a passion of mine that always draws me back.
Why did you choose to become a Destination wedding Specialist?
I decided to become a wedding specialist because I think back to when I was planning my own wedding. It is suppose to be one of the most magical and important days of your life. Brides have so much on their minds that too much time is taken away from the magic. Planning your wedding away relives so much unneeded stress. As a wedding specialist it is my job to help lessen the stress of her and help create the most magical experience that she's always dreamed of.
What's your favourite part of the job?
My favourite job is working with the couple to be, when you see that sparkle in the brides eyes that you have made that connection with what she has always dreamed of and you are helping make it finally all coming together. That is when you know you've done your job!
Which destination is your favourite and why?
My personally favourite is Jamaica. When I close my eyes I visualize the most powdery white sand on an amazing long stretch of beach, exquisite cuisine, and the tranquil sound of waves crashing. What more can you ask for?
