How long have you been planning Destination weddings?
I have been working as a professional travel consultant for the past 10 years. During that time I have helped plan several Destination Weddings, majority of those in the past 5 years.
Why did you choose to become a Destination Wedding Specialist?
I am an Australia Premier Specialist & Tahiti Specialist already. Through those specialist programs I receive lots of requests from Honeymooners. Because of that I thought that the next specialty that would flow easily with two romantic destinations would be a specialty in Destination Weddings & Honeymoons.
What's your favorite part of the job?
My favorite part of the job has to be creating unique itineraries around each client’s dream vacation. Be it a romantic getaway to a Tahitian island in an overwater bungalow; or stay in a tree-house in the Australian Rainforest; or a secluded villa in the Bahamas; I am ready to use my imagination and create the perfect romantic holiday.
Which Destination is your favorite and why?
There are so many destinations to choose from, it is hard to pick just one. If I had to pick one I would say Australia. It is so much to offer from secluded islands on the Great Barrier Reef, luxury tented accommodation at Ayers Rock, to unique accommodations in the Rainforest. It offers something for everyone, from romance to adventure!
